Fleet Management

欧洲杯买球怎么投注 College has instituted the following policies to ensure the safety of our students, faculty, and staff operating motor vehicles and golf carts.

The Fleet Management policy applies to all drivers using a vehicle on behalf of 欧洲杯买球怎么投注 College business or any 欧洲杯买球怎么投注 College activity, including but not limited to golf carts, College owned vehicles, leased vehicles, rented vehicles, and personal vehicles. The goal of the Fleet Management division is driver safety awareness and responsible driving behavior to decrease motor vehicle accidents, personal injuries and property damage.

Obtain Fleet Certification

Please log into the Fleet Management Self-Service Portal and complete the steps for certification

Fleet Management Portal

Note: Requires log in. Off-campus access requires connecting to the 欧洲杯买球怎么投注 VPN.

Vans and Golf Carts

Complete these steps for certification. After completing each step you will receive a communication from Fleet Management prior to proceeding to the next step.

  1. Agree to the fleet policy.
  2. Watch a driving safety video.
  3. Provide a copy of your driver's license.
  4. Complete a motor vehicle record check consent form.
  5. Participate in a van on-road driving test and/or golf cart safety with a Campus Safety officer. Available on Tuesday and Thursday at 12 noon at the Campus Safety office.

Personal, Rental, and Work Vehicles (Faculty/Staff Only)

Complete the following steps for use of a personal vehicles or rental cars on behalf of 欧洲杯买球怎么投注 College:

  1. Agree to the fleet policy.
  2. Agree to vehicle usage policy.
  3. Provide a copy of your driver's license and if applying for personal vehicle usage, a copy of your insurance declaration page.
  4. Complete a Motor Vehicle Record check consent form.

Note: to operate a rental van, please complete the van certification process.

Reservations

  • Reserve a vehicle (only approved drivers have access to the reservation form)
    Rental vehicles are available at half or full day rates. Refer to your EMS confirmation for specific pricing.

Car, Van, and Bus Rentals

The College has approved Enterprise for car/van rentals, and Werner Bus Lines, Tropiano Bus Company, and Philly Transportation for bus rentals.

Rental companies not on this list would require approval from Fleet Management in order to ensure insurance and compliance requirements are met.
